储存
Store at -20℃. This product is stable at -20℃ up to 1 year from the date of receipt. For optimal storage, aliquot into smaller quantities after centrifugation and store at recommended temperature. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. 未开盖的干粉蛋白在 -20°C至-80°C可保存12个月;

生物活性
One unit (U) is defined as an increase in absorbance at 260 nm of 1 Absorbance Unit in 30 minutes at 37℃, using overdose DNA substrate in a buffer with 50 mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.0, 25℃), 5 mM MgCl2, and 500 mM NaCl. The enzyme activity is ≥ 3×105 U/mg.

Recombinant Salt Active SuperNuclease is a nonspecific endonuclease from a halophilic microorganisms, which is produced in E. coli. Because of the high affinity with cation exchange resins, this enzyme can be removed easily from biological samples such as adeno-associated virus (AAV) and lentivirus. Salt Active SuperNuclease has optimal activity at salt concentrations between 350~650 mM.
