Hydrocortisone(氢化可的松)(糖皮质激素受体激动剂)是一种由肾上腺产生的类固醇激素或糖皮质激素。Hydrocortisone 氢化可的松通过降低机体毛细血管的通透性、稳定溶酶体膜的活性、防止白细胞在炎症部位的堆积等方式，来减轻和防止机体炎症的反应，从而达到缓解炎症的作用。氢化可的松通过加速机体内淋巴细胞的凋亡、阻止单核巨噬细胞的形成等来防止或抑制细胞中介的免疫反应。氢化可的松能对抗由细菌产生的细菌内毒素对机体的损害作用，从而发挥抗病毒的作用。
