PMA (RPM0015, 10 ng/mL, 24 h) induced differentiation of THP-1 cells into M0 macrophages, with increased expression of the cell surface marker CD14(A25196). LPS (100 ng/mL, 72 h) and IFN-gamma(RP01038) induced polarization of THP-1 M0 macrophages into M1-type, with increased expression of the cell surface marker CD80(A23729).
