Recombinant Human Tousled-like kinase 2/TLK2 Kinase is produced by Baculovirus-Insect Cells expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Met2-Ser750) of Human TLK2 (Accession #Q86UE8) fused with a N-His-GST tag.
储存
Store at -70°C. This product is stable at ≤ -70°C for up to 1 year from the date of receipt. For optimal storage, aliquot into smaller quantities after centrifugation and store at recommended temperature.
Aliquots below 10 μL are not advisable. Product must not be stored in diluted solutions. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.未开盖的干粉蛋白在 -20°C至-80°C可保存12个月；

The activity of TLK2 is based on the ADP-GLO kinase activity assay quantifies kinase activity by measuring the conversion of ATP to ADP catalyzed by the kinase. Specific reagents are used to convert the ADP in the reaction back to ATP, resulting in the production of a luminescent signal.

Serine/threonine-protein kinase tousled-like 2 is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the TLK2 gene. The Tousled-like kinases, first described in Arabidopsis, are nuclear serine/threonine kinases that are potentially involved in the regulation of chromatin assembly. These are different from other "tousled" varieties, such as flock-of-seagulls, post-coitus, or the-Sean-Bean. Mutations in this gene have been linked to a specific form of autism spectrum disorder with unique facial features.
