Recombinant Mouse IL-6RB/gp130/CD130 Protein is produced by HEK293 cells expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Met1-Glu617) of mouse IL-6RB/gp130/CD130 (Accession #Q00560) fused with His tag at the C-terminus.
储存
Store at -20℃. Store the lyophilized protein at -20℃ to -80 ℃ up to 1 year from the date of receipt.
After reconstitution, the protein solution is stable at -20℃ for 3 months, at 2-8℃ for up to 1 week. 未开盖的干粉蛋白在 -20°C至-80°C可保存12个月；

生物活性
Measured by its ability to inhibit the IL-6Rα enhancement of IL-6 activity on M1 mouse myeloid leukemia cells. The ED50 for this effect is typically 0.6-3 μg/mL in the presence of 50 ng/mL recombinant human IL-6sR and 100 ng/mL recombinant human IL-6.
复溶
Centrifuge the vial before opening. Reconstitute to a concentration of 0.1-0.5 mg/mL in sterile distilled water. Avoid vortex or vigorously pipetting the protein. gp130 is a signal transducer shared by many cytokines, including interleukin 6 (IL6), ciliary neurotrophic factor (CNTF), leukemia inhibitory factor (LIF), and Oncostatin M (OSM). gp130 functions as a part of the cytokine receptor complex. The activation of this protein is dependent upon the binding of cytokines to their receptors. CD130/gp130 plays a critical role in regulating myocyte apoptosis.
