The color Mixed protein Marker 310 is a ready to use threecolor protein standard with 12
pre-stained proteins covering a wide range of molecular weights from 10 to 310 KDa (9 to
290 KDa in BisTr is (MOPS) buffer and 10 to 290 KDa in Bis Tr is(MES) buffer). proteins are covalently coupled with a blue ch rom oph ore except for three reference bands (one green band at 25 KDa and two red bands at 75 KDa and 310 KDa respectively)when separate d on SDS-PAGE (Tr is Glycine buffer). This marker is designed for monitoring protein separation during SDS Polya cryl amide gel electrophoresis, verification of western transfer efficiency on membranes, (PV DF, nylon, or nitrocellulose) and for approximating the size of proteins.
