背景信息

The 6-fluorescence Mouse Plasmablasts/Plasma cells Panel has been designed for identify and phenotype Plasmablasts/Plasma cells in Mouse blood or tissue samples.ABflo® multi-fluorescence panel RK40016 covers the core CD markers of CD45R/B220, CD19, MHC Class II (I-A/I-E), IgM, CD3 and CD138/Syndecan-1. Our plots showed clear subgroups of CD19+CD45R/B220+CD138+MHC Class II (I-A/I-E)+IgM+ Plasmablasts cells and CD19-CD45R/B220-/LowCD138+MHC Class II (I-A/I-E)-IgM+ Plasma cells (cite figures).
