The 8-fluorescence Mouse B cells/NK cells /Treg cells Panel has been designed for identify and phenotype B cells/NK cells /Treg cells in Mouse blood or tissue samples.ABflo® multi-fluorescence panel RK40015 covers the core CD markers of CD45, CD45R/B220, CD3, CD4, CD25, CD49b, CD8a and FOXP3. Our plots showed clear subgroups of CD45+CD45R/B220+CD3- B cells, CD45+CD45R/B220-CD49b+ NK cells and CD4+CD25+FOXP3+ Treg cells (cite figures).
