This kit is supplied with a standard Polymer-HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit/Mouse Universal Secondary Antibody. When working with mouse tissue samples, to avoid non-specific background staining caused by the binding of the secondary antibody to endogenous immunoglobulins in the mouse tissue, it is recommended to use rabbit-derived primary antibodies in combination with the Multiplex Immunofluorescence (TSA) Kit Plus (Rabbit).
