ECL Basic Pico Kit(10pg) , is a standard-sensitivity chemiluminescent (ECL) HRP substrate that enables users to achieve lower picogram-level protein detection (~1×10-11g) during Western blot analysis, with significant antibody conservation. ECL Substrate delivers bright signals and picogram-level detection sensitivity for Western blot experiments using horseradish peroxidase (HRP) conjugates. Compatible with a wide range of membranes, blocking buffers and antibody dilutions, it meets diverse Western blotting application requirements through outstanding performance, versatility and cost-effectiveness.

• 1.Standard Sensitivity: Detects picogram-level protein bands on nitrocellulose membranes or PVDF membranes.

• 2.Long Signal Duration: Under optimized conditions, blot bands incubated with the substrate can continuously emit detectable light signals for 6–8 hours.
