Flow Cytometry analysis of Mouse lymph node cells, using ABflo® 700 Rat anti-Mouse CD3 mAb（A27432, 2 ul/test）, ABflo® 450 Rabbit anti-Mouse CD4 mAb（A25941, 2 ul/test）, PerCP Rabbit anti-Mouse CD8a mAb（A27335, 2 ul/test）, APC Rabbit anti-Mouse Foxp3 mAb（A27564, 0.5ul/test）, ABflo® 488 anti-Mouse TCR γ/δ mAb（A27576, 2 ul/test）, PE/Cyanine7 anti-Mouse CD11c mAb（A27692, 0.5ul/test）, APC/Cyanine7 Rabbit anti-Mouse CD11b mAb （A26935）, ABflo® 610 Rabbit anti-Mouse Ly-6G mAb（A28201, 0.7ul/test）. The staining clearly distinguished between positive and negative cell populations.
