Flow Cytometry analysis of mouse spleen single-cell suspensions, using PE Rabbit anti-Mouse CD4 mAb (A25933) and PE/Cyanine7 Rabbit anti-Mouse CD8a mAb (A26742). The staining clearly distinguished between positive and negative cell populations.
