Flow Cytometry analysis of mouse spleen, using PE Rabbit anti-Mouse CD62L mAb(A26715), APC Rabbit anti-Mouse CD44 mAb(A26062), ABflo® 488 Rabbit anti-Mouse CD8a mAb(A23903), ABflo® 594 Rabbit anti-Mouse CD69 mAb(A24940). The staining clearly distinguished between positive and negative cell populations.
