Recombinant Human MRCK beta/CDC42BPB Kinase is produced by Baculovirus-Insect Cells expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Ser2-Gly473) of Human CDC42BPB (Accession #Q9Y5S2) fused with a N-GST tag.
储存
Store at -70°C. This product is stable at ≤ -70°C for up to 1 year from the date of receipt. For optimal storage, aliquot into smaller quantities after centrifugation and store at recommended temperature.
Aliquots below 10 μL are not advisable. Product must not be stored in diluted solutions. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.未开盖的干粉蛋白在 -20°C至-80°C可保存12个月；

CDC42 binding protein kinase beta is a protein that in humans is encoded by the CDC42BPB gene. This gene encodes a member of the serine/threonine protein kinase family. The encoded protein contains a Cdc42/Rac-binding p21 binding domain resembling that of PAK kinase. The kinase domain of this protein is most closely related to that of myotonic dystrophy kinase-related ROK. Studies of the similar gene in rats suggested that this kinase may act as a downstream effector of Cdc42 in cytoskeletal reorganization.
