描述
Recombinant Human Hemoglobin subunit zeta/HBAZ Protein is produced by E. coli expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Met1-Arg142) of Human Hemoglobin subunit zeta/HBAZ (Accession #P02008) fused with His tag at the N-terminus.
储存
Store at -70℃. This product is stable at ≤ -70℃ for up to 1 year from the date of receipt. For optimal storage, aliquot into smaller quantities after centrifugation and store at recommended temperature. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. （1）未开盖的干粉蛋白在 -20°C至-80°C可保存12个月；复溶之后，蛋白溶液在-20°C及以下可保存3个月，在2-8℃可保存1周；
（2）干粉蛋白复溶浓度建议在0.1-0.5 mg/mL，不能低于0.1mg/mL，长期储存请添加保护剂（如0.1%BSA），并分装保存，避免反复冻融；
（3）液体蛋白的保存温度及效期请参考说明书，如对液体蛋白浓度有要求，请提前咨询销售或者技术支持。

背景信息

Hemoglobin Subunit Zeta (HBZ) is a member of the Globin family. The zeta chain is an alpha-type chain of mammalian embryonic Hemoglobin that is synthesized primarily in the yolk sac of the early embryo, while alpha-globin is produced throughout fetal growth and adult life. The HBZ gene consists of five functional genes and two pseudogenes, the order of genes is 5-zeta-pseudozeta-mu-pseudoalpha-1-alpha-2-alpha-1-theta-1-3.
