Recombinant SARS-COV-2 Nucleocapsid(B.1.1.529/Omicron) Protein is produced by E. coli expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Ser2-Ala419(P13L,E31del,R32del,S33del,R203K,G204R)) of sars-cov-2 N (B.1.1.529/Omicron) (Accession #QHD43423.2) fused with a 6×His tag at the C-terminus.
储存
Store at -70℃. This product is stable at ≤ -70℃ for up to 1 year from the date of receipt. For optimal storage, aliquot into smaller quantities after centrifugation and store at recommended temperature. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
（1）未开盖的干粉蛋白在 -20°C至-80°C可保存12个月；复溶之后，蛋白溶液在-20°C及以下可保存3个月，在2-8℃可保存1周；
