Recombinant MERS-CoV Nucleocapsid Protein (RP01297LQ)

Recombinant MERS-CoV Nucleocapsid Protein is produced by E. coli expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Met1-Asp413) of mers-cov Nucleocapsid (Accession #YP_009047211.1) fused with a 6×His tag at the N-terminus.

(-80度) （1）未开盖的干粉蛋白在 -20°C至-80°C可保存12个月；复溶之后，蛋白溶液在-20°C及以下可保存3个月，在2-8℃可保存1周；
（2）干粉蛋白复溶浓度建议在0.1-0.5 mg/mL，不能低于0.1mg/mL，长期储存请添加保护剂（如0.1%BSA），并分装保存，避免反复冻融；
（3）液体蛋白的保存温度及效期请参考说明书，如对液体蛋白浓度有要求，请提前咨询销售或者技术支持。
