When separated by SDS-PAGE (Tris-glycine buffer), all bands are blue except for two reference bands: the 25 KDa band is green, and the 70 KDa band is red. This product can indicate the protein separation during SDS-PAGE electrophoresis, estimate the approximate size of proteins, and verify Western Blot (WB) transfer efficiency.
