Recombinant Human POLQ (1819-2590) Protein was determined by SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions with Coomassie Blue.

POLQ (1819-2590) polymerase activity test using FI method. The POLQ (1819-2590) polymerase activity was assayed with PicoGreen technology. The reaction was performed by incubating the POLQ (1819-2590) protein, fluorescence-labeled dsDNA and PicoGreen at 25C for 90min, then reading 485nm and 520nm fluorescence signal with BMG.

Recombinant human POLQ (1819-2590) protein with N-terminal 6x his tag +TEV cleavage site was purified by Ni-NTA affinity and followed by SEC chromatography. The POLQ (1819-2590) protein showed high activity in TR-FRET and ADP-Glo assay.

Store at -70℃. This product is stable at ≤ -70℃ for up to 1 year from the date of receipt. For optimal storage, aliquot into smaller quantities after centrifugation and store at recommended temperature. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.未开盖的干粉蛋白在 -20°C至-80°C可保存12个月；
