Store at -20℃.Store the lyophilized protein at -20℃ to -80 ℃ up to 1 year from the date of receipt.

复溶
Centrifuge the vial before opening. Reconstitute to a concentration of 0.1-0.5 mg/mL in sterile distilled water. Avoid vortex or vigorously pipetting the protein. Glanzmann thrombasthenia (GT) is characterized by mucocutaneous bleeding due to platelets that fail to aggregate in response to physiologic stimuli. GT, a rare inherited disease, is caused by quantitative or qualitative deficiencies of αIIbβ3, an integrin receptor for adhesive proteins. Coded by the ITGA2B and ITGB3 genes, αIIbβ3 mediates platelet-to-platelet attachment, aggregation and clot retraction.
